They were selling copies of his book &quot;Personal Best.&quot;  I&#039;d paid for it and arranged for shipping when they said, &quot;Oh, he&#039;s just across the room if you&#039;d like for him to autograph it.&quot; I tried not to act too ridiculous. But I&#039;m sure I did nothing but babble about pictures of his that I&#039;d always admired.</description>
