Camping

I was just going back through some personal pictures from the summer and found this one from a night of camping on the beach in False Cape State Park. It just happened to be a full moon and probably 10 other people were in the park.  I think we biked 7 or 8 miles with packs on our back to get to this site.

I was searching for some different information on places to visit and I was a bit confused about this park.

I commend you on your photos, they truly capture the area, and it seems as though you we’re just able to camp on the beach? However, when I had contacted dcnr, they informed me that I would have to reserve a site.

I was just wondering about your experience and any advice you could give me.

    Thank you,

    Andrew Longwill
